  • Company: OIA Marketing L.L.C., registered in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the owner and operator of the platform.
  • Platform: the OIA Ads AI platform, including all its pages, services, and APIs.
  • User: any person who creates an account or uses the platform in any way.
  • Client: a user who uses the platform to manage their business or advertising accounts.
  • Consultant: a person approved by the company to provide professional consulting to a client through the platform.
  • Advertising account: an advertising account on an external advertising platform such as Meta that a user connects to the platform.
  • Subscription: the plan chosen by the user, including its features, duration, and price.
  • Consultation: an individual professional session a client books with a consultant through the platform.
  • Third-party services: any external service the platform relies on, such as Meta, hosting, payment gateways, and meeting providers.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Creating an account on the platform, using it, or connecting your Meta advertising account means you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.

Additional terms may apply to specific services such as consultations or paid plans, and will be presented to you before confirmation.

3. Eligibility

  • You have full legal capacity to enter into a contract.
  • You provide accurate, correct, and up-to-date information.
  • You have the legal authority to connect your business and advertising account to the platform.
  • You do not connect an account you do not own or are not expressly authorized to use.

4. User Account

You are responsible for everything that occurs through your account, unless proven otherwise.

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential and not sharing them.
  • Not sharing your account with unauthorized parties.
  • Reporting any unauthorized use of your account immediately.
  • Updating your information whenever it changes to keep data accurate.

5. Nature of the Service

The platform may provide — in whole or in part, depending on the development stage and plan — the following:

  • Displaying and analyzing campaign data retrieved from connected accounts.
  • Performance indicators and monitoring dashboards.
  • Automated recommendations to improve performance.
  • Periodic or on-demand reports.
  • Analysis of publicly available information about competitors.
  • Individual consultations with consultants.
  • Subscription services with different plans.

Current Stage

Features labeled (Coming Soon) or (Experimental) are not active, and their presence in the interface does not create any financial or contractual obligation.

6. No Guarantee of Results

  • The platform does not guarantee sales, profits, or a reduction in advertising cost.
  • Recommendations are based on data available at the time of analysis and may be incomplete or delayed.
  • Ad auction dynamics, market conditions, audience behavior, content quality, and landing page quality are factors outside the platform's control.
  • Past results do not guarantee future results.
  • You are responsible for reviewing any advertising decision before implementing it and for its outcomes.

7. Meta Permissions

You voluntarily grant access to your advertising account data through Meta's official permission screen, and you may disconnect it at any time from the platform settings or from your Meta account settings.

The availability, accuracy, and scope of the data depend on Meta, your account permissions, and the API and its policies, and may change or stop without any action by the company.

8. Creating and Modifying Campaigns

At the current stage, the service focuses on reading and analysis, and the platform does not make any changes to your campaigns unless clearly presented to you and approved by you.

Any future functionality to create, pause, or modify campaigns is subject to the following:

  • Availability of appropriate permissions on the advertising account.
  • Obtaining your consent before execution.
  • Logging the action in the platform's activity log.
  • Execution of the action is not considered a guarantee of any particular result.

9. Subscriptions and Pricing

  • Plans with different features and limits are available, with prices shown on the pricing page.
  • The price, duration, and plan contents are shown before payment is completed.
  • The company may modify plans or their prices in the future, with reasonable notice before the change takes effect.
  • No paid subscription is activated without a valid payment or documented administrative approval.
  • Some features may be paused or restricted when a subscription expires or is not renewed.
  • Any applicable taxes or fees are charged according to the applicable regulations and shown at checkout.

10. Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds

  • The renewal mechanism and duration are shown before payment is completed.
  • You may cancel future renewal from your account settings when this feature is available, or by contacting us.
  • Cancellation stops renewal and does not necessarily entitle you to a refund for the period already used.
  • Refund requests are reviewed based on the service actually provided, usage status, and applicable law.
  • No verbal or undocumented refund promises are considered binding.

11. One-to-One Consultations

  • A consultation is a supporting professional service and is not a guarantee of any particular result.
  • The client must provide the consultant with accurate and sufficient information to receive a useful consultation.
  • The appointment time, duration, and price are shown before the booking is confirmed.
  • Rescheduling and cancellation are subject to the policy shown at the time of booking.
  • The consultant may not use the client's data outside the scope of the consultation.
  • The client may not record or publish the session without the other party's consent.
  • The proposed plan requires implementation and follow-up by the client, and results depend on the extent to which it is applied.

12. Prohibited Uses

It is prohibited to use the platform for any of the following:

  • Unauthorized access to the platform or to other users' accounts.
  • Connecting advertising accounts or pages you are not authorized to use.
  • Circumventing Meta's systems or advertising policies.
  • Scraping or automated extraction that violates these terms or applicable regulations.
  • Using the platform to manage ads that are prohibited, misleading, or unlawful.
  • Uploading or distributing malicious software or harmful files.
  • Attempting to extract secrets, keys, or tokens, or reverse-engineering the system.
  • Misusing analytics or using them for purposes that harm others.
  • Selling, sharing, or reselling the account or the service without authorization.
  • Violating the intellectual property or privacy rights of any party.

13. Competitor Analysis

  • Analysis relies on publicly available information or on data you provide yourself.
  • The platform does not claim to know competitors' budgets, targeting, sales, or confidential data.
  • Results are estimates and inferences, and are not confirmed information about any competitor's internal systems.

14. Intellectual Property

The company owns the platform, its design, software, trademark, and original content it publishes, and none of it may be copied or reused without written permission.

You retain ownership of your data and content, and you grant the company the rights necessary to process and store it to the extent required to provide the service to you.

15. Third-Party Services

The service relies on external services such as Meta, hosting, databases, payment gateways, and meeting providers. The service may be affected by changes, failures, or outages of these providers, and each has its own terms and policies that apply to you when you use them.

16. Suspension or Termination of the Account

The company may suspend or terminate an account in the following cases:

  • Violation of these terms or the privacy policy.
  • Suspected compromise or unauthorized use of the account.
  • Misuse of the platform or harm to other users.
  • Failure to pay amounts due for the subscription.
  • A legal request or regulatory obligation.
  • Any use that endangers the platform or the data of others.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the company is not liable for losses or lost profits resulting from advertising or business decisions you made yourself, changes or failures in third-party platforms, or service interruptions due to causes beyond its reasonable control.

This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the company for reasonable damages, claims, and costs resulting from your unlawful use of the platform, connecting accounts without authorization, or violating the rights of others or applicable regulations, within legal limits.

19. Changes

The company may develop the service and update these terms. The last-updated date will be published at the top of the page, and you will be notified of material changes. Your continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the amended terms.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first seek an amicable resolution; failing that, the competent courts of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan shall have jurisdiction.
