User and Meta Data Deletion Instructions

1. Introduction

OIA Ads AI — owned by OIA Marketing L.L.C. — allows every user to request deletion of their data linked to the platform, including data imported from Meta after their consent, such as advertising account, campaign, and performance data.

Deletion is carried out while accounting for data that must be retained for legal or accounting reasons, or for fraud prevention and dispute resolution; this page explains the ways available to submit a request.

2. Method One: From Within the Platform

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Integrations.
4. Open Meta Settings.
5. Click "Disconnect Account."
6. Click "Request Meta Data Deletion."
7. Review and confirm the request.

This feature will be available once Meta connectivity is fully activated; you can currently submit a request via the form below.

3. Method Two: Remove the App from Facebook Settings

1. Go to your Facebook account settings.
2. Navigate to the "Apps and Websites" or "Business Integrations" section.
3. Select the OIA Ads AI app from the list.
4. Remove the app and revoke its granted permissions.

Removing the app prevents any future access to your account data but does not delete data already stored on the platform. To delete that data, you must also submit a deletion request to the platform via the form below or by email.

4. Method Three: Deletion Request Form

Fill out the form below to submit your request. The platform will never ask for your Facebook password, any access keys, or card data, and you will never be asked for these at any stage.

5. Following Up on a Request

To protect privacy, request details are not displayed on the public page, and we do not confirm the existence of an account linked to a given email before verifying ownership.

6. What Happens After the Request?

• The request is reviewed and the requester's identity is verified.
• Once approved, access to linked accounts is disconnected and any future syncing is stopped.
• Data with no legal or security reason for retention is deleted or anonymized.
• A limited record may be retained to prove the request was carried out and to prevent fraud.
• We will contact you if additional ownership verification is needed.
• Requests are processed within the applicable statutory or reasonable timeframe.
