This policy explains the types of data we collect, why we collect it, how we use, share and store it, and the rights available to you regarding it.
Using the platform, creating an account, or connecting your Meta account means you have reviewed and accepted this policy to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree with any part of it, please do not use the platform or connect your advertising account.

3. How We Collect Data
- Directly from you when creating an account or entering your business information.
- When you connect your Meta account with your consent and through the permissions you grant.
- From actions you perform within the platform.
- From service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, database, and authentication).
- From files and forms you submit to us or to the consultant.
4. Purposes of Using Data

5. Meta Permissions and Access
- The connection is only established after your consent through Meta's official permission screen via Meta OAuth.
- You choose the accounts and businesses to which access is granted.
- At its current stage, the platform uses read and analysis permissions only.
- The platform does not create, pause, or edit a campaign without the appropriate permission and your clear consent.
- You may disconnect your Meta account at any time from the platform settings.
- Revocation or expiry of permissions on Meta's side may stop syncing and pause report updates.
6. How Artificial Intelligence Is Used
Some data may be analyzed automatically to produce summaries, indicators, and recommendations to help you understand your campaign performance.
- Recommendations do not guarantee any advertising or commercial results.
- Recommendations are not a final decision and are not a substitute for your professional judgment.
- Ad performance is affected by numerous factors outside the scope of the analysis.
- You must review sensitive decisions before implementing them.
- No client's data may be shown to another user; separation between account data is a core design principle of the platform.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. The minimum necessary data may be shared only with the following parties:
- Hosting and database providers to operate the service.
- AI service providers, when enabled, limited to what is necessary to produce the analysis.
- Payment gateways to process subscriptions.
- The consultant you choose, only to the extent you authorize.
- Meeting and notification service providers, when used.
- Competent authorities, if legally required or to protect legal rights.
Minimum Necessary Principle
Each service provider receives only the data necessary to deliver its specific service and is not granted comprehensive access to your data.
8. Consultant Access
- A consultant cannot view all clients or browse the database.
- A consultant only accesses the consultation request assigned to them.
- A consultant only receives the data the client agreed to share for the purpose of the consultation.
- The consultant must use the data solely to provide the consultation and may not use or transfer it outside this purpose.
9. Data Retention
Data is retained for as long as your account exists, or for the period necessary to provide the service and meet legal, operational, and accounting requirements.
Retention periods vary by data type; invoice data and logs of sensitive operations may be retained longer than operational analytics data. Once data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.
10. Data Protection
The company applies reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data, including restricting database-level permissions so users can only read their own account data, logging sensitive operations, and separating sensitive service keys from the user interface.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur. We are committed to addressing any security incident we become aware of in accordance with applicable regulations.
11. Your Rights
To exercise any of these rights, you may contact us via email at info@oia-jo.com.

12. Deleting Meta Data

- Disconnect your Meta account from the platform settings.
- Remove the app integration from your Facebook account settings.
- Submit a deletion request from the data deletion page on the platform.

We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. If any analytics tools are added in the future, we will disclose them on this page when enabled.
14. Children's Privacy
The platform is intended for business owners and professional users, is not designed for children, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we determine that an account does not meet the eligibility requirement, it will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
15. Links and Third-Party Services
The platform may involve interaction with external services such as Meta, payment gateways, and meeting providers. These services are governed by the privacy policies and terms of their respective owners; we do not control them and are not responsible for their practices.
16. Changes to This Policy
